Products, founded in the year 1980,
by B.R. Nair, a food technologist with numerous years of experience in the
field of catering and food technology, had a very modest origin. Initially catering
to the local market in and around the state of Kerala, the Company soon realized that it
had a natural flair for coming off with products that quickly captivated the market. Soon, the market base expanded and Kalyan established a client base in 5 countries in the middle-east. Today, Kalyan is one of the leading exporters of canned foods and products like pickles, jams, squashes and sauce from India. Situated in a sprawling campus, complete with a modern and
automated factory, employing close to 500 employees, Kalyan boasts of producing large
volumes against bulk international orders and maintaining a consistent standard of quality
in its products. Kalyan maintains a strict level of quality and discipline in their production processes. Every fruit and vegetable is hand-picked and sorted. After excluding any defective item, these items are put through an elaborate cleansing process after which they follow their way into an automated production setup to finally come out in tightly sealed bottles and containers. The reason for Kalyan's success is very simple: commitment to adhere to quality, a fulfilling relationship with our clientele, and last but not the least, the hard work and dedication of the entire family that is Kalyan. |
